Priscilla Adebayo is a passionate social entrepreneur and visionary leader committed to empowering African women and youth to achieve economic independence and purpose-driven success. As Founder and Executive Director of the House of Impact Foundation, she is using faith, innovation, and capacity-building to shape the next generation of changemakers driving sustainable development across Africa and beyond.
Early Beginnings
Priscilla’s journey into entrepreneurship began early. At just 19 years old, while studying Law at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, she founded Firm Foundation Academy, a nursery and primary school guided by the mission to “nurture excellence by the fear of God.”
Even as a third-year undergraduate, Priscilla employed university graduates as teachers, managed school operations, and taught classes herself. Her dedication was unmatched—she maintained her standing as the best student in her Law faculty from her first to final year, all while holding several nonprofit and student leadership positions.
Today, Firm Foundation Academy continues to thrive, serving as a living testament to her enduring belief that education rooted in faith and excellence builds the foundation for a purposeful life.
Empowering Africa’s Next Generation
Passionate about transforming Africa’s economic landscape, Priscilla believes entrepreneurs must be “caught young”—empowered early to innovate, create jobs, and drive sustainable impact. She often speaks about turning Africa’s youth bulge from a democratic bomb into a demographic dividend, where young people fuel progress through enterprise.
Driven by this conviction, she founded the House of Impact Foundation—a platform committed to raising and equipping young African entrepreneurs, especially women, to become business leaders and social innovators.
Within the foundation, she established the Young Africans’ Entrepreneurship Academy (YAEA), which provides entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and access to business development opportunities. Through YAEA, Priscilla and her team teach practical entrepreneurship skills that help transform ideas into viable ventures aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 17, promoting economic growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships across Africa.
Hearth Haven Estates Ltd and a Global Vision
A serial entrepreneur with a growing portfolio, Priscilla is the founder of Hearth Haven Estates Ltd, a thriving real estate company in Nigeria focused on sustainable housing development and wealth creation. Her leadership at Hearth Haven reflects her passion for building communities that combine innovation, integrity, and long-term value.
Her entrepreneurial influence reaches beyond Africa’s borders. In the United States, she founded Self-Actualization for Refugee Women Inc. (SARWI), a nonprofit that equips refugee women entrepreneurs with the training, mentorship, and resources they need to build successful lives and businesses. Through SARWI, Priscilla supports women in transforming resilience into opportunity and independence.
In addition, she founded Flames to Fire Online Devotional, an inspiring faith-based platform that nurtures spiritual growth and promotes faith-driven leadership through devotionals, articles, and community engagement.
Leadership Anchored in Faith and Purpose
Everything Priscilla builds is anchored in her core belief that leadership is service and empowerment is a shared responsibility. Across every venture—whether through Hearth Haven Estates Ltd, House of Impact Foundation, or SARWI—she models excellence, integrity, and compassion.
Through her visionary leadership, Priscilla continues to ignite purpose in others, raise influential leaders, and empower young people to create sustainable change across Africa and the global diaspora.
“I believe true empowerment begins when we see potential not as a destination, but as a responsibility—to use what we have to lift others higher. When we rise together, we redefine what’s possible.”
